Terms of Cancellation for Private Tours

To ensure the highest quality of service and secure bookings with our local partners (hotels, drivers, guides), Morocco Tours Trips  operates under the following cancellation policy.

1. Booking Confirmation

Our agency requires a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure reservations and cover last-minute cancellations.

2. Cancellation Process

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to contact@moroccotourstrips.com. The date the email is received by Morocco Tours Trips  will determine the cancellation fee applicable.

3. Cancellation Fees

Refunds will be processed based on the timeframe between the receipt of the written cancellation notice and the scheduled start date of the tour:

Between 30 and 59 days before tour start date75% Refundable
Between 14 and 29 days before tour start date50% Refundable
Less than 14 days before tour start dateNo Refund

 

Note: “No Show” or voluntarily leaving a tour early for any reason will not result in a refund.

4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

Morocco Tours Trips  is not liable for failures or delays in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government regulations, natural disasters, or pandemics.

In such cases, Morocco Tours Trips  will make every effort to reschedule your tour for a future date without penalty, subject to availability and third-party vendor policies.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
